So, where are the idiots that think "McFlabb" is overrated? Come on out and stake your claim to hate of McNabb. He tore up our D that has so many first round picks on it, huge bonuses, and real overrated talent, Roy I'm looking at you!!!!

I begrudginly respect him more that ever.

I think he is good...but I would have loved to have seen him with a little more pressure in his face. I would have loved to see him have 10 play drives instead of 4 play drives. We play a bend but don't break defense....you can do that with 6th rounders like Mario Edwards etc....I simply want this coaching staff to make Roy, Newman, Henry, James etc...to earn their money. If you thought enough of them to pay them...then unleash them

He didn't do that great other than the deep balls that beat our safeties 3 times. Those should have never happened but oh well. Not to take much away from McNabb though, he's still good and I'd take him on the cowboys any day of the week over badsoe.

Please...ridiculous...he played great, eluding the rush and throwing very accurately long and short...how many passes for first downs bounced off his receivers...we'd have gone crazy.

I always defended McNabb from all these haters. The excuses are endless, but the bottom line is, he's a top tier QB ... one which the Cowboys would kill for. But instead, he killed us.

I don't know where the hate comes from. Ok, I know where the hate comes from, but why the sudden lose of logic. Just because he wears Eagle Green and White makes him less of a player?

Hate him for being an Eagle. Hate him for tearing up the Cowboys. But respect him for the QB he is, and the QB we don't have.

I hate to go this way, but I call 'em like I see 'em. I think it stems from Limbaugh telling people what to think (what he's best at). Since then, it seems like people try to prove him right about McNabb.

It doesn't help that the Eagles have owned us for a long time, ant the losing in general is getting old, something those of us from the Landry era never really experienced (except for the first few years of the franchise).:(

He might be a choker when the big game rolls around, but he is certainly a top ten QB.

he played well yesterday, as he has basically all year...he has a sound passing system and knows it well

that said, any QB can look good when they have all day to throw...we got after him on 4-6 drop backs and confounded that by playing alot of soft zone coverage...he isnt rhe first QB to look good against us, and he wont be the last...Parcells and Zimmer want to run a soft, basic defense that doesnt get them beat with big plays, but the problem with that is if you cant rush the passer the other team will figure out how to make big plays

S&T, how bold of you to call him top 10!

He's clearly the best player in the league, and it's not even close.

He had pressure in his face on his two longest throws. It's the difference between pocket presence (Mcnabb, 2 50+ throws) and lack thereof (Bledsoe, sack, sack, pat, sack sack int).

he is good, he is not great. their offense is so well conceived it doesn't really matter. He had guys WIDE open all night long and was not under any pressure. Doesn't take much to throw for 350 when you combine those things.

hes still overrated as far as im concerned, his stats are padded by the fact that the egirls pass like 70% of the time and in big time pressure situations he chockes, if our hidious QB would have not messed up at the end of the game and taken us to OT, you would have seen that side of donovan. Did he get a first down at the end of the game to kill all hopes of us coming back?? NO!!!

If we had McChunky on our team, we'd be talking Super Bowl right now.

... and in January, we'd all be crying in our beers about how he choked in the big one.

Seriously, though - he's one of the top 5 QB's in the league today.

I agree. McNabb has shown himself to be a very good player over the last few years and has done so in most years without a great cast of WR. As for Roy Williams sorry we part company there I think Roy is a very talented player and is a big asset to this team.

May be passing 70% time should tell a different story. Oppositions know eagles pass all the time, they game plan for it, Eagles dont have any superstar receivers, they dont have a very good running game and Mcnabb still kills oppositions. He has thrown just 1 interception this season against 11 touchdown passes and more than 180 attempted passes. He is a top 3 QB (Brady, Manning , Mcnabb in no particular order).

I like McNabb. Always have liked him as a QB. He isn't perfect. His accuracy can be inconsitent at times. He can beat you when you make mistakes. That is what he did yesterday. He took advantage of mistakes and on two of the three big pass plays, he bought extra time by moving around.

Roy played a bad game yesterday. That happens and unfortunately it did yesterday. That doesn't make him a liability. He is a very talented player and most of the times plays up to that talent. I wouldn't start worrying about Roy unless he played like that every other game. He doesn't do that.

Let's face it, Roy Williams and Patrick Watkins made McNabb better yesterday than he should have been. The "fleeflicker" td should have been intercepted or at least broken up, and the 87 yards TD should not have happened, if it was played right. Take those two plays away from his stats, and add an interception......well, we probably win and his stats are not that impressive.

But, if frogs had wings, and if Williams could cover........

sorry but he's overrated.

if we had even a C+ level busdriver mcnabb loses yet again at home a big game by a couple of TDs.
