When the season ends first couple days of March, then a trade can be made.

McNabb may be worth a 1st to the right team, as long as there are other pick exchanges or players involved, but he is worth the #1 overall pick to no one. Unless they are throwing in Westbrook.

As soon as the season is over, there is no trade restriction.

It doesn't open up until after the Super Bowl. As a matter of fact, I may not open up until March but I know for sure you can't make a trade until after the Super Bowl.
