McQuistan over Proctor?

So, McQuistan comes out the 2nd half over Proctor. Why did we wait until the second half of the last game of the season to do this? We all know Proctor has been struggling. So, why did it take this long to make a switch?

Very odd decision-making. This decision should have been made weeks ago.

The coaches are set for 2009. They're locked and loaded. They have no need to answer petty questions.

Especially odd since Procter was our "highest-graded" OL a few weeks ago. Yeah, like any of us bought that at the time.

Totally agree. Brought it up in Chat.
Example of horrific decision making.
