it really depends who how clevelands board looks imo. If they value robert quinn way higher than th next OLB then they may well just stay pat and take him. Its no given that they would
1. not take peterson themselves
2. trade down and miss on a guy they covet

the relationship with holmgrem is way overblown imo.
