For remaining "vote picks" I would suggest the commish does this...
Team A is up next and they have drafted the following positions so far.
Next 5 minutes everyone vote for which position they would be likely to draft.
Once that is settled, next 5 minutes (post the deadline time) aka need votes for (insert position) for this (insert team).
It might cut down on some of the confusion.

I get that but I've gone to vote only to have my post beaten by you announcing who it's going to be.The problem is getting votes in general...not too many names

The worst part of mock GM drafts is always the no-shows.
At another Cowboys forum, they'd ban members for 30 days for flaking on these things.
