To be fair, pre-trade we were something like 3-5. I think for apples and apples you need to be looking at picks 8-13 range.....

So any player ranked 8 or lower

Yeah, but Cooper is a pretty good consolation prize … But I would really like to add a DT to the rotation with Collins, Crawford and Big Woods ! Will see if Ross is still in the mix next year.

But where the pick ends up has nothing to do with what we gave up for him, from our point of view. We gave up (so assume no Cooper) something close to a top 8-12 pick plus about 13 mil per year in cap
Now for Oakland? yes, the better we do the worse for them.

(Unless we think our draft position was not lowered by adding him)
From Oakland's perspective, it is just what you said. because that is actually what they will get.

Id be hopin' Clemson DE Austin Bryant or Irv Smith,TE-bama would fall to us...or Stanford TE Kaden Smith...some good S's out there to.
