Aaron Schatz of Football Outsiders was kind enough to provide us with a 2015 draft order based off of his early projected win totals for every team (rounded off to create a win-loss record, with projected SOS numbers breaking the ties). That's the order we'll use for the purposes of this projection.

1. Oakland Raiders (FBO projected record: 4-12): Leonard Williams*, DL, USC
2. Cleveland Browns (6-10): Amari Cooper*, WR, Alabama
3. Jacksonville Jaguars (6-10): Cedric Ogbuehi*, OL, Texas A&M
4. Washington Commanders (6-10): Dante Fowler Jr.*, DE, Florida
5. New York Jets (6-10): Jameis Winston*, QB, Florida State
6. Minnesota Vikings (6-10): Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, CB, Oregon
7. St. Louis Rams (6-10): Brandon Scherff, OT, Iowa
8. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-9): Marcus Mariota*, QB, Oregon
9. Miami Dolphins (7-9): Mario Edwards Jr.*, DE, Florida State
10. Cleveland Browns (from Buffalo Bills): Landon Collins*, S, Alabama

-

11. Dallas Cowboys (7-9): Nelson Agholor*, WR, USC

Agholor is keeping up USC's tradition of talented wide receivers. At 6 feet, 185, Agholor has good speed and the ability to make defenders miss with the ball in his hands (eight total TDs).

12. Atlanta Falcons (7-9): Shilique Calhoun*, DE/OLB, Michigan State
13. Detroit Lions (7-9): P.J. Williams*, CB, Florida State
14. Kansas City Chiefs (7-9): Rashad Greene, WR, Florida State
15. Houston Texans (8-8): Bryce Petty, QB, Baylor
16. Tennessee Titans (8-8): Brett Hundley*, QB, UCLA
17. Baltimore Ravens (8-8): Cameron Erving, OT, Florida State
18. Chicago Bears (8-8): Hroniss Grasu, C, Oregon
19. Carolina Panthers (8-8): Andrus Peat*, OT, Stanford
20. Arizona Cardinals (8-8): Vic Beasley*, DE/OLB, Clemson
21. Pittsburgh Steelers (9-7): Jalen Mills*, CB, LSU
22. Cincinnati Bengals (9-7): Corey Robinson, OT, South Carolina
23. New York Giants (9-7): Ramik Wilson, LB, Georgia
24. San Diego Chargers (9-7): Jaelen Strong*, WR, Arizona State
25. San Francisco 49ers (9-7): Devonte Fields*, DE/OLB, TCU
26. Indianapolis Colts (10-6): Tre' Jackson, G, Florida State
27. Philadelphia Eagles (10-6): Benardrick McKinney*, ILB, Mississippi State
28. New England Patriots (10-6): Randy Gregory*, DE, Nebraska
29. Green Bay Packers (10-6): Eric Striker*, LB, Oklahoma
30. Seattle Seahawks (10-6): Todd Gurley*, RB, Georgia
31. New Orleans Saints (11-5): Shane Ray*, DE/OLB, Missouri
32. Denver Broncos (12-4): Michael Bennett*, DT, Ohio State

I could easily see this team going 7-9 and drafting around this spot. I could maybe see them drafting a WR though I doubt it. I like Agholor but I dont see a team spending the number 11 pick on him. or even a top 20 based on his size. I'd love to see them get Leonard Williams though.

Same players available, I'd go Calhoun regardless of how Demarcus Lawrence plays this year. Can never have enough pass rushers and Calhoun is going to be a monster. Andrus Peat would also be a great choice but 4 first round picks in 5 years would be shocking.

As big a USC homer as I am, I'm not sure I'd want Agholor there. It's also crazy to me that he'd be the highest player drafted out of him, Marqise Lee, and Robert Woods. I'd almost rather have Jaelen Strong, who is a Cowboy fan, over Agholor. Strong is a big target, with strong hands, who attacks the ball. He's a less dynamic Dez Bryant IMO.

Unless they think they're losing Dez, I can't think of a position that they'd be less interested in using a 1st round pick on next year that WR.

Williams and Street would have to be disasters

And where is this tradition he speaks of regarding USC WRs? Certainly not recently

When was the USC WR that made a Pro Bowl?
Keyshawn?

I do think Marquis Lee may break the drought someday though.

Next year I will be jumping on the "Draft your replacement for Tony Romo" bandwagon. And if Bryce Petty is on the board...welcome to the Dallas Cowboys.

Next year is when I think they will be looking as well

Doubt the Raiders have the first pick in 2015, I wouldn't be surprised If they didn't end up with a wild card spot.

Bryce Petty seems like the type of QB Jason Garrett will want (if he's still the HC of this team, that is). Personally, I think he's a bit of a system QB. I've watched him play quite a bit and when they played good defenses (like OK St) that his WR's weren't way faster than, he really struggled.

I'd rather wait one more year and go all in on Christian Hackenberg in 2016. Romo's not going anywhere anyways. Bad back or not, he's going to be the QB of this team for the next 3 years so long as Jerry is alive.

What's it going to be then, eh?

Nelson Agholor will not be a Cowboy. We rarely show heavy interest in WRs that are only six foot.

What a lousy joke. This would be the woerst possible pick at #11. A smallish receiver when we already have the best end in football for 2015...make that best alltime ever!

2016, I think they draft QB and he will still sit at least one year which is a good thing.
