I was very fortunate to have coached some pretty good teams, but I also had a couple of teams that weren't that good. My goal and my mantra to my staff and players was to make every game count. Play for something, make that last week of practice important. Even if the Cowboys don't make the playoffs, playing a meaningful game is very important. Playing hard, coaching hard, preparing hard..... playing for something is important.

Sports is supposed to be about giving your all to a singular goal alongside others. Or something cheesy like that. Any” tank “ poster on here should post an apology to me or at least a picture or a cowboys cheerleader.
The cowboys beat the Eagles and the game mattered. The end.

Look, I just know if u were my coach, I'd give half effort every practice

Doesn't surprise me. You strike me as that type, we'd still coach you, but wouldn't play you. Players like you are a detriment to the team and will get a teammate hurt and his position coach fired.
So you wouldn’t play zeke, awesome!

Well, I see the new grill didn't take you out. I'm in. You just keep the fat lady in your closet. ok?

Playoffs in 2018 were meaningful games. Yet they didn’t translate down the stretch last year. So just how meaningful are they from one year to the next when 30-40% of your roster turns over?
