As a Vols fan, good luck with that.

Another very athletic guy with a canon for an arm. But the running joke is, if you need 60 yds Joe will throw it 60 yds. If you need 40, he will throw it 60 yds.

No touch, not much accuracy. A few years ago he was named the starter, struggled and was replaced by Hendon Hooker. A year ago he replaced Hooker near the end of the season when Hooker got injured. Milton played well in the Orange Bowl against Clemson when TN finished ranked #6, but this past season was just so-so with TN ending 8-4.
