Thanks for posting.

It is kind of interesting when you have two "draftniks" and ask them the same questions and get so many different answers to a given question...however I guess when you are asking them at the same time they probably are alternating guys.

There's always a few every year, but I've been surprised there's so little affection for Justin Simmons around the draftnik web. Film looks great. Highly productive. Super athlete. Intangibles. Not super physical but an ideal smart FS prospect.

Also...

Yes please. Young has a lot of Scandrick qualities.

Also like Gotsis. Don't think he'd fit here, but a 3-4 team somewhere is going to get a good player.

What are these two thinking not naming Elliott one of the most "pro ready"?

Shoot, Elliott is beyond pro ready....... He's ready for sainthood.

He and Wentz according to this board, lol.

I heard the NFL is rescheduling the HoF game to accommodate whatever team drafts him. He's going to be the 1st player to be inducted into the HoF and play in the HoF game the same weekend. Rare stuff here.

There are a few safeties I like in this draft, Simmons is one of them. Bell, Thompson, Davis, Joseph, Neal. There will be some quality players there in rounds 2-3

I think any of those guys could step in tomorrow and do better than Wilcox. A few of them are actually ballhawks too

Which I don't get cause most people know he is raw and needs much development

I think he means compared to those talking of taking him in the mid 1st round or higher.
Can't recall a team taking a QB they see as developmental (even with big upside) that early. Those player are reserved for a bit later than that.
They would have to see him as less developmental and more NFL ready usually.

So maybe no slight to Lynch as much as the some of the ratings.

I like Jordan Payton if he can be had fairly late
Higgins too

Wish they hadn't mentioned Simmons. lol Though what say shouldn't affect any GMs' decisions.

And as far as cover safeties, I think Vonn Bell is very good. But there's so much talent at 34, I wouldn't want him there. Later though.

I think you knew what I meant.
Sure all rookie QBs need development.
But you don't call rookie John Elway or Troy Aikman, or even Matt Ryan a "developmental QB"

I won't split hairs over it.....you win
