Mel's mock on ESPN today

Rather use a 2nd on Gaither.

They may project Brown as a guard too though.

Everything i've red on him suggests LT is about the only possition he's suited to play, for what internet draft "experts" opinions are worth.

Seriously.

The guy's practically a TE!

I see no way they'd take him given the type of linemen that Houck and the Cowboys look for.

He screams Colts, but certainly NOT Cowboys!

Yeah.

Or a reunion with Pete Carroll and the Seahawks.

I think they hired Alex Gibbs and he goes for the "sleeker" linemen.

The thing that gives him value that low is he's a true LT prospect and ya don't get them at the bottom of the first very often.

I wouldnt. Your sacrificing the pick and a ton of cap space for a guy who might be ok for you for awhile. On the other hand he might do the same things which are leading the Ravens organization to think they are just as well off without him, in which case its a waste.

If Doug Free is a player than Charles Brown is a waste.

Not at #27 unless a team wants to move up for him.

do you ever write anything good about players ?

juat asking

I doubt they take Brown, but I wouldn't have a problem if they did. Cant understand why people are opposed to having two guys on the line that can play left tackle. There is no depth anywhere. Also how is Brown small? 6-6 and 305 is small? That's before he steps in an NFL weight room. I could see it if was only 275.

Yeah, all the time. Its why some people accuse me of being a blind homer.

and if Doug Free is a player, what does that make acquiring Gaither for a 2nd rd pick and 70 million dollars?
