I'm probably like a lot of people who haven't seen the Grizz play much, but IMO they are definitely for real. Randolph is a real beast, Gasol has really improved, but guys like Conley and Mayo, and some of their bench guys, are very good, too. And they look well-coached, too. Against OKC they're very calm, patient, move the ball well, and seem like vets. Very impressed.

For Yeager and others, why didn't they win more regular-season games? Have they just grown up late in the year or something?

Woah! Didn't know that. Memphis is playing very well this season, they kinda remind me of the Rangers last season making a world series run but they would have to knock of a big team to complete that run. I really don't have a preference between the Griz and the Thunder, both good teams who are likable.
