Mentally- not physically

Is how we got whupped last night. We have the athletes and the talent to easily beat the Saints- its no contest on which team has the edge on overall talent. BUT they have to play well and we did not. Mentally we were not ready or prepared- and that goes to both the staff and the players.
Especially up against a coach that knows us as well as Payton does. Payton knew where to attack and we DID NOT ADJUST. And our players just flat out did not play well. Outside of a few anyway.

I thought even physically the Boys looked bad last night. They were getting bullied at times it seemed.

They were- but it was not because we did not have the strength, ability, etc. It was all upstairs where we got beat.

I agree they did not play NFC East football...but when you CANNOT get to the QB that is physical.

Review the performances of Leftwich, Eli, Brees, McNabb...other than Peyton Manning....what GOOD QB have we stopped this year?
