Merle Haggard Dies at 79

Great musician. I was talking to my dad once about how haggard was a guy who would sing about living in a hobo jungle, but also be singing about loving his country. Dude was legit and authentic. There are others like him around but they don't play them on the radio. They're just making their way in smaller venues in Lubbock and stephenville.

I've been in my own little world lately having disconnected from television, internet and social media. So, I had no idea! This news truly makes me sad. Rest in peace Mr. Haggard.
