I think you have to put one of LT's plays in the top 5. The Tennesse plays were collectively pretty good, but individually none were as impressive as Ware's play.

MVP awards are important with respect to Hall of Fame consideration. Assuming he continues to improve and become a dominant defensive force, that MVP sure helps in any argument in his favor.

The only person I can think of that deserves it more right now is Pacman Jones. Every single week Tennessee is winning because of his turnovers.

I'm sure there are others that I don't know of because I don't pay attention to the entire league defensively.
