Miraculously, the draft falls perfectly for us, and both QBs are on the board when we are on the clock. We trade back a handful of spots, swapping 1s, adding a 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 2017 2nd. The Sun is shining on Jerry today, as one of the two top QBs is still on the board, I will say Lynch.

In the 3rd, we swap picks with another QB desperate team, adding a two 4ths

We swap 6th rounders, adding two 7ths

That's some serious trading.

I like Lynch, Perry, Dixson, Addison, Jones, and Byard. Not sure those last 4 I just listed would be available at those picks though.

You say quality over quantity, I say why not both.

Lynch is the 1-2 rated QB in the draft.
Thompson is the top FS in the draft, and an absolute ballhawk, over 15 ints for his career
Perry is a stud LB that can play all 3 positions
Murphy replaces Free day one and we don't look back
Miller gives us great versatility on offense and ST. He can do it all and is one of the top athletes in college football, along with Christian McCafferey (who I want to draft in the 2017 draft)
Dixon reminds me of Thurman Thomas. He can carry the load as a RB, can be a great receiving back, and does very well in pass protection
Miller is a small school stud CB. He too is a ballhawk
Fackrell is all over the field making plays. He gives us much needed depth at LB and ST. Also, at his size, he can even play DE occasionally.
Addison is lightning in a bottle. Think Desean Jackson without all the drama and stupid antics
Cyrus Jones is one helluva CB and is one of the top KR/PR in college football
Kevin Byard, the other half of the dynamic duo with Thompson.....another ballhawking S with over 15 INTs for his career
Judon is the obscure pick we always seem to take late. He is a long shot to make the roster, but should land on the practice squad. He can play DE or OLB
Hargraves is a flat out manchild on the field. I know it was a lower division, but he dominated. He is well worth a look for a late 6th, and could be a steal on par with Ratliff
Poole is a solid CB, not spectacular. He doesn't create many INTs, but he does force a lot of fumbles.
Dahl is NFL Pedigree. His dad was an OL in the NFL for years. He comes in as our swing G.

are you serious.we are really the worst drafting team in the late RDs.i mean we drafted caleb freaking Mcsurdy who looks like a Pillsbury doughboy rather than a football player

read em and weep.this year we gave up 2 draft picks to draft a TE who caught like 5 passes in 4 years at Texas.(we could have used one of those picks on RawIs)I think our FO just gives up after the 4th Rd.

Have to agree with you here reddy. The team has been drafting really well in the first 2 rounds, then just mails it in.
