Not a huge fan of Gaga but I got no problem with this, there are a couple of videos floating around on the net of her covering Zeppelin. She has a good voice.
Not a fan of her music either, but to each their own.
She has some interesting quotes on music and metal specifically though. One was in response to someone saying she was the next Madonna. She replied "I'm not the next Madonna, I'm the next Iron Maiden"

That is friggin cool!

Just a babe in the black abyss,
No reason for a place like this,
The walls are cold and souls cry out in pain,
An easy way for the blind to go,
A clever path for the fools who know
the Secret of the Hanged Man-the smile on his lips.
The light of the Blind-you'll see,
The venom that tears my spine,
The Eyes of the Nile are opening-you'll see.

She came to me with a serpent's kiss,
As the Eye of the Sun Rose on her lips,
Moonlight catches silver tears I cry,
So we lay in the black embrace,
And the Seed is sown in a holy place
And I watched, and I waited for the dawn.

This sums her up IMO.

A concert goer said..... "I saw Gaga live at Radio City Hall NYC with Tony Bennett in June 2015 & she puts a lot of pop tarts to shame. Vocally she is phenomenal (NO AUTOTUNE OR LIP-SYNCING). Just straight up live soulful singing."

Just got back from the Grammys, what a horrible day :(

My wife's colleague invited us, figured this was something not many get to see.....so we went. Still not sure why Adelle stopped mid-song and if many actually sang live. The acoustics in there sound bad, even my Katy Perry sounded off :(

Best part of the night was the free food and drinks and the Metallica/Gaga bit, and I don't even like her. This was my first and last awards show to attend :(

I'm a country music fan, but for some reason I really like that Bruno Mars kid. I've liked him since I saw him sing in the superbowl a while back. Even have a couple of his songs on one of my playlist. He did not disappoint last night.

Hey, at least you got to experience. Free food and drinks is always good.

She is talented, but she makes some serious mistakes professionally.

Though as I said. She is definitely talented.

Like ripping off Madonna, and those idiotic stunts (meat dress) which it seems she has finally stopped doing. (I think anyhow, I don't really pay attention to gossip news)

http://www.cinemablend.com/pop/Lady-Gaga-Woes-Over-Madonna-Song-Comparison-31447.html

I don't think she copied it.

"If you put the songs next to each other, side by side, the only similarities are the chord progression. It's the same one that's been in disco music for the last 50 years. Just because I'm the first f**king artist in 25 years to think of putting it on Top 40 radio, it doesn't mean I'm a plagiarist, it means that I'm f**king smart. Sorry... Nobody in this room at any point looked around and said, oh my God, it's Express Yourself. Not once...I was just f**king shellshocked by it. It's so funny to hear you say, 'It must have been a homage', I'm like, no. When I homage, I f**king homage with a big sign saying I've done it. Why would I not do that now?"

Also, in the history of music, everything newly created is a piece of everything every created.

In other words... everybody copies everybody.

My point is, the first time I heard it. I thought it was Madonna's song. If it's that close. It's a straight copy job.
