Unless it is a public accountability process, akin to what MLB runs, it is meaningless. BTW, the reason for the obvious issues MLB are well know insofar as who the deficient umps are .. that they can’t get rid of them is solely a union issue.
First, the NFL isn't a government entity, so there's not going to be public accountability in the way an organization that receives taxpayers dollars has.

Second, it isn't necessarily meaningless if it's not public in the way you envision it. The NFL conducts its business in the public eye. Therefore, fans know which refs are screwing up. You don't think that comes to the attention of the refs and the NFL? It does.

Man Micah has really fallen off in the eyes of fans over the past several months.

In September everyone wanted him in the HOF. Now half the fans want him gone.

Dude’s personality leaves a lot to be desired but I still think he’s our best player.
Dont think any Cowboys fan wants MP gone.
His game has fallen a bit, but his presence is still obvious.
MP getting back to where he was has just been a matter of time, let's hope the time is tonight!
Its time for MP to shine again, he is the player on this roster that can turn a game around and dominate.

Can someone demand Micah stop tweeting? He has become the Twitter MVP. He may not get one call this playoffs with that mess he tweeting.
Micah was never going to get a call in these playoffs anyway. He plays defense for the Cowboys. The Bucs will not have a single solitary holding call against them tonight. Book it.

Not what i would do but maybe he has brought it up to the crew before games been nice about it and now its to a ridiculous point....simply put no one can say he is never held and be telling the truth, thats a fact. If it brings holding calls on then thats fine by me.

Some people are in denial about this, and though I get where they're coming from, the keen objective eyes know better, PERIOD. Roger Goodell, his henchmen, and the NFL without ANY DOUBT want Brady to advance against the Cowboys tonight. We might get lucky in this game, but in regards to the EXTREMELY possible one sided officiating/hosing in favor of team Brady: Be afraid, be very very afraid.

I heard somewhere that the officiating crew tonight is known for NOT throwing flags around like a country highschooler throwing beer cans out the truck window.
They supposedly let the players play the game, so Micah is probably not going to get those holds called.

Wrong again Ronnie just like I said it couldn't get any worse so making a statement was good and sure enough he got them on a holding call early in the game.

And after that he continued to get pressure on the quarterback because they had to back off from the holding so by speaking his mind he made a difference
