Came to play as always today. I'm curious as to how people would use him if we play Murray again.

On one hand every time he spied Murray, Murray stayed in the pocket.. However Murray had more time, especially when Gregory was out.

On the other rushing from the edge he single handidly stopped the cardinals two point conversion. Also forced that FG on their last drive. On the cardinals last drive though, they took advantage of him being an edge rusher and ran away from him. Was a kind of pick your poison.

Side Note - Micah was solid again, but I'm not sure he still gonna have a shot a DPOY without any splash plays.... and most likely not playing much next week. I guess he'll have to settle for DROY, All Pro and Pro Bowl as a rookie.

Darius leanord would get my pick for DPOY. He has been a turnover machine.

Murray looked prepared to run out of there when Micah was rushing. Looked like they planned for that and knew those would be opportunities to try and escape the pocket quickly and take off.

As good as Micah has been this year, I think without having the lead in sacks he would need some turnovers (like leanord) to get the nod for DPOY

today was a game where we saw the weakness of using him at DE. On some of those late plays they simply ran that pitch out play away from him or ran Murray. If Parsons is in the middle he probably has the speed to snuff those out.

He played okay but he made some fatal mistakes. He was too eager for sacks. When we had the Cardinals 3rd and 8 on their own 9 yard line. Parsons was supposed to cover the RB. He just left him and ran after Murray ( who was already contained) and it lead to a completion and first down to the RB that Parsons left. That ended up leading to a 90 yard TD drive. He also lost containment another 2-3 times that lead to big plays. The first Cardinals play of the game was a 22 yarder right through Parsons gap.

LVE played okay but man he looks slow. It's like having Gronk play defense.
I like LVE but he's not a sideline to sideline guy, he's more of a straight line in the middle type guy. I just think this team is still void of speed on offense. 4.4 speed isn't true speed on offense, and I don't think we have one 4.3 or 4.2 guy on offense. Neal being out hurt us a little on defense because I thought he made a better spy than LVE. I'm thinking next time, we may need spies on either side, or bring in another corner to spy as long as it's not hurting the run game.

All I know is, we have to do something different next game against the Cards.
