Twitter: Micah defends Pollard's speed

The play he injured his foot on he was moving. He got the corner and was off..

Who is Nathan Cottrell?

Georgia Tech RB/slot WR/STer that played the triple option then played slot once GT went back to a pro style offense.
He's a special teams player.

I don't really remember him being a super fast guy at GT, but to be honest I'm forgetting a lot about memorable GT plays since they rarely happen anymore lol

I'll buy Madden again when the NFL stops selling EA exclusive rights.

No competition= crap game.

The sheep (us) need to stop buying it or they'll have exclusive rights forever.

You can't get a dozen people to agree on anything. Do you really think you can get enough people to stop buying a video game on principal?

You're totally right.

Today, we have technology to do so much more than Madden is doing. We could actually have a much more realistic, much more interactive gaming experience, if it weren't for the exclusive rights thing you mention.

Derrick Henry physically is taller and heavier (6'3" and 247lbs.) than Pollard (6' and 216lbs.)and just as fast, but maybe not as quick footed. Henry is scarier to tackle and he and Pollard have RB break away speed.

Madden has been a joke since 2008.

2004-2007 were the golden years.

Yes, because after 2008, there were no football video games to compete with it. The last good non-Madden football video game was Blitz the League II, which was from Midway and didn't use NFL players or teams to get around the NFL contract with EA, but Midway went down not long after, which is a shame because it was a great game.
