I think what it really was was that Stephen knows a lot of teams in sports go a long time without winning a championship, and some have never won one so he doesn't think it's such a big deal.

But to answer your question, he probably does care about winning. Most people, when their name is associated with something, want it to be prestigious and prestige is hard to obtain if you don't win.

Yep! He should of been groomed to be like Fred Warner. Quinn found out he could rush the passer and they decided it's easier to do that than teach him to play the MLB position.
