That can be infectious as we've seen with Tom Brady pretty much the ultimate example of someone who wants the trophy way more than the money.

You get a couple guys on the team like that and all of a sudden they hold people accountable and you see some progress made.

I really like this stance. We more "experienced" people shouldn't forget that. Young peeps still dream and that's the way it should be. I just passed the 40 now and kinda miss those days. Not because my life sucks, so far I got all I wanted. But the more you have the more you just want to preserve than change. Being comfortable is a blessing as much as it is a curse.

So since everyone on the field has nothing (when it comes to titles) I hope they're all dreaming and playing their hearts out more for a SB than a paycheck.
