100% agree ......he's a throwback for sure. His mentality and approach to the game remind me of Deion, Michael, and Emmitt in that you could tell them they weren't the best player on the field.

After so many disappointing losses in the past decades, every game is gonna feel like a trap game.

Yes for sure, I just dont understand the thought process behind that decision.
I can't think of one team related benefit of him playing at that time.
I hope it was not individual stat driven.

And that's been a problem.

Hurts and Fields have both hurt this defense with the read option running game. I wouldn't put Jones in their category, but he can run it and keep drives going with his legs.

I wasn't aware of all of the injuries on the Giants. I wouldn't be overly confident had the Giants been at full strength or close to it. But I don't know how you overcome that injury list with backups.
