Micah is injured, yet he found time to keep his face on social media and to look like a fool in the midst of pro bowl action on his little knee trike. Now he’s slow recovering and will start the season on PUP with no real timetable for return to action. But as I said when he was a Cowboy, never met a mic he didn’t want to swallow or a camera he didn’t jump in front of.

I don’t think Micah has enough of a devout following here to merit a nickname for his supporters.

I've seen plenty of MPFs 'round these parts talking up Micah's sack numbers against desperate, bottom feeder teams.

They just don't have much to talk about when you bring up his late season disappearing act and lack of post season success.

He's the Dak Prescott of DEs: Nice stats against trash teams or when nothing's on the line - no-shows during the playoffs.

Only difference is Micah pouts on the sideline, while Dak takes his ***-whooping like a man.

There should be a chain of command type of structure regardless.

The last thing you want is your star player undermining the coach and texting his GM. That situation can get out of hand quickly and ironically is something Jerry has always been accused of anyway.

I guess some will claim Jerry put Broaddus up to this to assassinate Micah's character, but BB says here that a long line of people at the Cowboys said it was a bad idea to pay Micah, and Jerry was the one going against that and until the last minute really wanted to keep him. You can start a little earlier than this to hear more about Jerry's general involvement but this is the part that's new to me.
