Chances of any deal before season are slim. My guess he plays this season, and is traded in March as Jerry wants him gone and will threaten him with Franchise Tag. That will be the final straw for his agent and Micah and a trade will be forthcoming at that point.

if that happens the league will know he is being traded and the likelihood of getting 2 first rd picks disappears as Jethro will have painted himself in a corner that all will see

That's how I'm looking at it and I also know that things like this will get done either two weeks or the week before game one and the only time this becomes real serious,

if he's not signed a day before the game, and we know he's not playing game one, then this becomes serious, and I'm not sure about being expendable..

I don't think he's expendable, but yes you're right we should look at that as an injury, that he comes off the PUP list right, before game one ,gets himself ready to play, and then we could just put this nonsense to bed..​

Fowler is the only one we know we can count on , Sam Williams seems eager, but can you really trust him, and the rookie again we haven't seen him against game plans in real competition, then they have Kneeland but he's more of a run stopper.. And I know they have other guys like Turner, and they brought in Houston etc ..

Sure, they can create some pass rush but I really don't like the scenario going into the Eagles game without Parsons.

I don't care about camp, but I do care about him missing the Eagles game.

Instead, we've had the Super Star agent advise - we aren't making a deal until all the dust has settled with the other top DE's, so my client will be the top paid defensive player in the league. Despite his client going public before all this occurred, letting everyone know he didn't need or want that.

Yes, Jerry is an old idiot who's stuck in his ways...but Parson's agent holds just as much responsibility here with not following his clients wishes....because if he did, this would all be over with and Parsons would have a long term deal, that would make him one of the richest defensive players in the league. But not the TOP...which is all that his agent wants.

Why does this matter? Jerry does not have to trade him or let him walk for 3 years.

By then Micah will be 29 and he does not want to play in his 30's. How is that going to work out for him???
