I have this gut feeling that Parsons is going to be one of those players that gets paid and then takes the foot off the gas peddle. I hope I'm wrong.
At every step this guy has shown you who is is. You can either pay attention and heed the warning signs or you can plow ahead and hope.

Lol,
He’s says what fans here have been saying they wish someone would say for years and he’s suddenly a douchbag?
LOL, stop it
We want someone with credibility to say it, not this look at me self aggrandizing prima donna who disappears when the games are biggest and wants to be paid more than anything else

I agree. Especially when the real problem on the team is the man who fielded this roster.

But Micah won't dare bite the hand that's about to feed him 40 million a year
Micah says all kinds of things that can be taken out of context b/c he's not careful with his words. He's already had to use his podcast to explain "what he meant" in his post game comments about MM and its not the first time he's had to elaborate to clear the air. Its only a matter of time before he says the wrong the thing about the organization and starts stepping on toes. We've never had an active player/commentator inside the bubble. Once Micah gets his 200M gauranteed contract, whats to stop him from really speaking his mind?

Wish we traded him (Parsons) before the deadline...Wish we never signed dak to the extension...Giving up a 4th for Mingo was a desperation move.

Seems like everything Jerry does is the opposite of what I would do.

There is no one to blame for the current shhh show than Jerry. He made Mike a lameduck coach and basically told the team not to respect him by doing so. This, as many of us have said since January was inevitable.

The Dallas Cowboys' season continues to implode.

The NY Giants haven’t had the smoothest season, that’s for sure. The hopes of a playoff push have faded quickly. Most of the season's focus will be on the 2025 NFL draft.

But Giants fans can look across the NFC East and feel a little better about one thing – at least they’re not the Dallas Cowboys. As rough as things have been for New York, the situation in Dallas seems to be unraveling on and off the field.

We do realize that this is being taken out of context, correct? Now, I am not a huge fan of Micah talking. I do believe he needs to talk less and stuff like this only gets him in trouble BECAUSE people will read into every little thing that's out there. He's saying that Mike will land on his feet wherever he goes. The entire team knows that Mike is gone after this year. If anything, this highlights the dysfunction of Jerry Jones. Jerry has been clapping back at the media for a bit now. Dak was telling people to jump off other players have done the same. This is the leadership of Jerry Jones. Your anger is focused on the wrong person.

Micah and the rest of the team needs true leadership and that is not what Jerry knows anything about.

No one should be defending anyone…player,
coach, or front office. Everyone should be self reflecting, taking personal accountability, and recentering their focus on how to just be competitive, let alone win a game. However, in Jerry’s World that kind of environment does not exist.
JJ’s post-game comment “There has to be accountability directed to somebody other than just the player. I do that.” This should give you confidence.

You mean a guy who is far and away the best defensive player on this team? Oh, he talks. Big deal. We have all seen how this team has played this year. They come out every game looking sloppy and unprepared. That is a direct reflection on the coach. The scheme has no creativity and looks like something teams would've run in the 60's. That is on our coach/OC. Do you really think any of the players respect McCarthy at this point? Every week is the same thing. Everyone is just coasting through the season at this point waiting for what happens in the off-season. Micah just said what literally everyone is thinking.

I just want to know he's doing everything possible to perfect his craft, which takes an enormous commitment. I'm not confident he is when all we see is his Podcast and "journalism."

What? That he’s tired of being embarrassed on the field in large part because the team is woefully under prepared. That’s McCarthy’s responsibility to have them prepared and there’s no way any team that’s prepared can have the penalty issues this team has had… that’s just the basics!!!
I don't think the team, or the players, are any less prepared this year than they have been the previous 3 years when they won 12 games. But I do think the players themselves understand that MM is a lame duck, that Jerry did nothing the entire off season, and not only hung MM out to dry but he did the same to the entire team. When Jerry said he was all in, don't you think the players heard that comment too?

The lack of preparation this team suffers from is the preparation of the roster during the off season. MM didn't let all the Cowboys talent leave. He didn't forget to draft a RB. He didn't even make the decision to trade for Lance. This team is clearly not playing well, but they also lack talent at key positions. We have no real RB and 1 real WR. The only thing I can fault McCarthy for is play calling which I think is the same as it was the last 3 years.

If I was McCarthy I would open up the offense and try to get the ball downfield. I would try different combos of WRs behind CeeDee until he finds someone with a hot hand. I know folks want to cut Zeke and use Rico more but I think it doesn't really matter. The run blocking is bad and so are the RBs. They should have drafted one but they didn't.

Also, don't forget Jerry waited until the last minute to sign CeeDee, sign Linval Joseph, trade for Phillips who is no longer with the team, and sign Dalvin Cook. Jerry is responsible for the off-season disaster that is playing out now on the field.
