Video: Micah Parsons Exposes DeMarcus Lawrence For Going Bankrupt!

...wow! that explains the HotBoyz mentality. I'm actually shocked Dlaw is that dumb.

He put a spin move on me.. lol..

Am I taking crazy pills? Nothing Parsons said or did has anything to do with Dlaw’s financials. This is a clickbait video, he keeps alluding to something that never comes

And Micah wasn’t ever a Cowboy when Dlaw went broke. When Parsons got to Dallas, Lawrence was counting his fat stacks
Yeah this seems a little strange.

Micah wasnt around for Lawrence's 1st contract situation. Then Lawrence signed the infamous Jerry overpay 2nd contract and was pretty much set for life from there. Micah enters the scene after Lawrence has already signed that 2nd contract. So unless Lawrence went totally broke on his 2nd contract money again I fail to connect any of this financial stuff to their beef.

It's like, if the DLaw 2nd contract is not even mentioned, how can any of this have anything to do with anything? The timing of everything is way off.

Very odd.

Alot of these players don't realize that Uncle Sam will always get his off the top. If a player made 1 million in a year, most of them dont factor in the taxes being snatched off the top.

A fool and his money shall soon part.

If you made a million in a year, purchasing 200k in jewelry and paying 300k or better for an exotic vehicle is hustling backwards.

Unless you have endorsements, your last payday is the last game of the regular season. The money they make in the playoffs isn't anywhere near the regular season game checks.

Each individual is personally responsible for their own monetary well-being. The fact that some do not, merely exposes themselves to be lacking in common sense. NFL players are cautioned to be careful with their monetary resources as rookies.

Some listen to reason, while others refuse to do so. It's odd how the greediest individuals are the first ones to go broke. It's a self-defeating disease that only requires self-control to prevent.

I was told it was good info right here in this thread

Thank You 100% click bait. Lawrence went broke by year 4 got the big in his contract year after that Im assuming he had money and Micah came along afterwards. I just wasted 20 min listening to nonsense. Also when and what part was Lawrence exposed?

100%, I thought the same exact same thing. Decent video that went out of its way to say absolutely NOTHING!

Nothing against the OP but, terrible video. I watched the whole thing waiting for the other shoe to drop… Like where is the crooked investment guy, business startup or whatever that Lawrence took a chance on. Not great he spent his first contract but they ignore his franchise tag and massive second contract… they just say he was broke, then he went to SEA. Lol.

Best thing about the entire video gets about 30 seconds of time. Huge props to Tyrone Crawford. The big Canadian with a reality check for his friend, and got him on the right track. Was never a huge fan of his play. He looked average at everything and never hit 6 sacks mostly brought versatility … But leaders like this are so important to the locker room and the unity of the team. You need smart grounded individuals to step up and keep people in check. I think the Patriots had half a roster of these guys in their glory years. Part of the reason I was all for the Tyler Booker pick. He sounds like that kind of guy.

Great job Crawford! I hope there is a Crawford or two in Micah’s ear. Might be something we lack.

Nobody trying to watch 20 mins of second hand, chatty patty gossip. If you going to make this thread OP its your job to provide the cliffs

Interesting info, if true. Gives some perspective on the DLaw exit and drama with Parsons.

No disrespect to you PASS but this tells me NOTHING!! He went broke in his first few years, who wouldn't!!? Now after his contract year he signed that big deal, it wasn't talked about how much or what he didn't have after he signed! We all were mad at him for stealing money. He had one great year and got paid handsomely!

The beef with Micah that's null and void time to move on

The one thing I will say is this. Yes, parents brought you into the world and you can help them, the family, and some friends if you set up boundaries. If you don’t, you will always be an bank to them with no payback.

Whatever wealth you gathered is for your present, your new family, and your retirement.

I watched the whole thing and outside of two guys wanting to be the alpha, a story of poor money management and the ever present bs lack of accountability there was zero there

A lot of this video seems speculative. I don’t know how Micah is supposedly more loyal when he’s still on his rookie deal. Also Lawrence took a pay cut after his first big deal because he wanted to keep his family here. Dallas probably didn’t offer near the money Seattle offered though. Dallas hasn’t wanted to pay many dudes lately. Micah didn’t used to get tired when he first came in the league but he’s been tired a lot lately. Micah trying to justify his bleacher report gig and podcast because DLaw went broke is my guess.

The jones have to decide if they want to pay a pass rush specialist 200 mill. How he plays he honestly should be a situational player. Quietly the nfl has shifted to more of run heavy making him less impactful. IMO Micah is too on brand for the jones to let him go, though Jerry’s patience may be wearing thin.

Pretty simple, actually... The YouTube clickbait merchants care nothing about the truth. They got people to click, so mission accomplished.
