Take a wild guess which team that came against?

That’s right. The 8-9 Bucs.

Some other interesting playoff stats:

He only has 8 solo tackles, 3 TFL, and 4 QB hits in his 4 playoff games.

This dude is basically a ghost in the playoffs.
I mean. They put him against Trent Williams in 2 of those games. lol. That will skew anyones stats.

He isnt meant to play DE. Its very apparent when you look at his splits at the start of the season to the end of the season. Switch to a 3-4 and watch the change. They should have switched to a 3-4 after his first season. He isnt a 4-3 DE and never will be.

I give this a like just because its a post that isnt about the QB. and its a factual post. A good chunk of the team and coaching staff seems to dissapear against quality teams. of course thats what good teams do they demoralize your roster.

So essentially he can only get numbers going against bottom feeders? A real DPOY caliber player should be able to get off against anybody. You think the Rams looked at Zack Martin in the playoffs few years back and thought “welp we better pencil Aaron Donald in for a donut today”

I think someone posted the last 6 games of each season he has played he has like 4 sacks total. He wears down at the end of the season

you have no more energy from blowing out bad teams, so you play a good one and they take all your energy away

One trick pony.

But not everyone can be LT or Luke Kechely (sp?).

Greatness shows up when the lights are brightest.

Shop him to the Bears. Why not? This team isn’t going anywhere with it’s current makeup.
why did you mention Luke???? Could have mentioned maybe Khalil mack or something

yes entertain trade talk

here we go with the double team talk!!!!/triple
And what is wrong with mentioning this? In the playoffs, we are playing against better players and better coaching. Of course, our best defender is going to get more attention during these games. That's when our coaching needs to adjust and other players need to step up. If Micah has extra attention, someone is free somewhere else. I am not giving Micah a free pass because his mouth annoys me to no end but anyone who is double and triple teamed is going to be slowed down. It's not that hard to see.

Go look at the numbers of the top pass rushers against Trent Williams.

You will see something very similar.

Imagine going after the best player on this team. This is why Cowboys fans are abysmal and made fun of. 32 other teams would KILL for Parsons on their team. You put him in a 3-4 Defense and he is probably DPOY.

Yea yea yea..there is no best player on a team where nobody shows up when it matters.

Micah is a pass rush specialist and nothing else imo.
