I hope he gets at least 25 sacks
If the opposition game plans every week for him not be a factor - Parsons won't even get 20.
But via schemes and lineups by DC Quinn - it could result in 2 of his DLine teammates to register double-digit sacks - and a LB\secondary player or two rack up 2-4.

What Parsons is doing right now, and when he shares sophistications with Lawrence, that will improve the status of the corners in the NFL as well. *(Dallas at 5)

La'el Collins gave Micah one of his earliest and most useful tips on rushing the passer. It's no surprise that he would look to other OL to help him level up his game.

Dallas has Diggs and Gilmore, as we know.

The Dolphins have Jalen Ramsey and Xavien Howard. The Jets have D.J. Reed and Ahmad Gardner. Philly has Darius Slay and James Bradberry, and the Packers have Jaire Alexander and Eric Stokes.

It then comes down to the “others.” What are you going to get from the rest of the depth chart?

Gilmore is upgrading the secondary with hands on...while Parsons is doing the same to the box area.

Let's not get carried away. What you and Whitworth consider genius might otherwise be called team practice.

Whitworth is one of the best tackles to play the game. If Parsons can learn some of the moves that Whitworth used, then he can get a beat on what an offensive lineman might do. This means he becomes more dangerous because now he's better able to anticipate an olineman's next move and counter it. That's why it's a brilliant training idea from Parsons. Well done to him.

On top of this, our run defence should be much better if Mazi Smith learns his job well and becomes what I think he can be. I think Mazi will allow us to stop run plays, which will become another advantage to our secondary. We were already very good in 3rd and 5+. With Mazi Smith, we should be able to get a lot more of these. This should lead to more takeaways, especially since we have very good CBs at the ends. Theoretically, teams will struggle to run on us and pass on the edges. This means that all our safeties have to do is keep their coverages a bit, and Parsons and Sam Williams should be able to serve them up some juicy ducks to intercept.

I think this is where Sam Williams and Overshown will come in. I think the double teams that teams will be forced to use against Parsons will leave plenty of room for those two to get sacks. This too should, consequently, open room for Parsons. I think our defence will be loads of fun to watch.
