Parsons is a great player but if the Dallas defense isn't forcing a lot of 3rd & longs, a lot of his splash plays are nullified.

He played off the line to help improve the run defense. Didn't work, I just don't know what the run defense answer is.

yeah Zeke, played injured, how did that work out?

He was JAG b/c that his job today was to spy Aaron Rodgers. Plus, Rodgers only threw the ball 20 times so not much chance to pass rush. We were outcoached on both sides of the ball.

When they play him as a spy or a more standard LB role, he’s not near as dialed in as when they have him edge rush all game. It also seemed as he was getting frustrated/distracted by getting held on multiple occasions without a flag. He pleaded his case several times to the refs.

He looks like Jaylon playing linebacker, Quinn needs to tweak his usefulness on the line.

His usefullness has always been as a pass rusher and playmaker. He is not going to make plays dropping into zone coverage like he did today. Quinn had no answer for that run game b/c he doesn't have run stoppers other than DLAW. We have a defense of pass rushers.

You all are nuts. The few times he was out in coverage he was fine. I saw one play in particular he rolled into the flat and stop a window Rodgers wanted to throw in. he was more tasked today with staying with Aaron Jones.

The issue is teams are now choosing to run the ball against us because of our pass rush.

At the end of the day if a teams running the ball down our throat there is nothing he can really do. Especially if the o lineman are getting out to the linebackers.

Quinn has to swallow his pride and put in Hankins every play. Sorry. Have to sacrifice a little pass rush.

He is completely average everywhere else. It's been that way since he's been a pro.

Yep. I saw it on tape in college. He has the athleticism to be a great linebacker but lacks the natural instincts.

He’s a pass rusher. That’s what makes him unreal. Playing linebacker just helps the offense.
