The 49ers are in bad shape.

They are, because they went all-in to get to the Super Bowl, which they did in 2020 and 2024. Now, they will do what they did between those two years, purge and rebuild quickly. They will use free agency strategically to add the players they need to complement their draft picks and repeat.

They will not be like us. We are never in bad shape because we never go all in and therefore do not have to purge. But we are also never in a Super Bowl, at least not for the past 30 years.

Micah is only speaking the truth here. 49ers got extremely lucky in drafting Brock after spending 3 1sts for Lance. Now that Brock isn't on a rookie deal, they aren't going to be able to have all the pieces around him like he did in the past because of his QB contract. Not sure what people are hating about.

no ones hating they are pretty much saying "Hey Micah how bout you beat them in a game of Football THEN talk some S*** to them" thats not hating just pointing out some self awareness he is lacking. Its not going to look too good when they walk on the field and kick his arss again with a fully paid QB...thats all.

Yes they do. But apparently Parsons isn't allowed to do so. Personally, I could think of worse things a a young man with millions of dollars could be doing during the offseason.

The real wound is we have not been wounded by Dak's contract. Look at all the players the Niners were paying. Jethro chooses not spend money. It has nothing to do with Dak.

49ers have lost talent, no doubt there, but guys like Deebo were declining and Ward was always going to leave.

Greenlaw is a loss, but I doubt they would of wanted two LBs with expensive deals.

We are in an era of players growing up with social media from a young age. What he said is a nothing burger.

Wonder though if the 49ers wait to extend Purdy till after the draft.

Yes a lot, this the new norm.. I think this goes hand and hand with the new athletes being babied, in return they are more emotional.

The NFL players can’t hit in practice anymore… NBA players take days off.. MLB you have players horse playing with his opponent friends while they are on base.. etc etc.

Today’s athletes say what’s on their minds so yes a lot of them say cringe worthy things that have their fan bases asking whyyyyyy? where as yesterday years athlete had the same generic answer for any question ask.
