FRISCO, Texas – In the middle of his regular media interview on Wednesday, rookie Micah Parsons made it clear he wasn't trying to "talk trash" about any other opponent.

But when it comes to the players lining up across from him, he really doesn't care.

In this case, he was asked about the Chiefs moving some younger linemen around from guard to center.

"I'm just going to play," Parsons said. "I really don't care who's at right tackle. I don't care who's at left tackle and I don't really care who's at guard. At the end of the day, they've got to play me and I've got to play them. It could be a Hall of Famer right there but I'm still going to give them 100 (percent)."

Another reason it might not matter to Parsons who is playing those spots is because he could face all of them at some point, considering the way the Cowboys have moved him around the lineup.

What myself and NFL scouts didn’t know was how good of a pass rusher he was.

Myself and NFL scouts thought he was a sideline to sideline & down hill / blitzer type that needed a ton of work in coverage. None of us knew he could wake up, roll out of bed, and rush the passer like prime Von Miller too.

I don’t regret my opinion. It was the right opinion at the time and experts agreed with me which is the only reason we got to pick him after missing out on the players we wanted and trading down to settle for Parsons.

You should have known I told you about his pass rushing abilities. So there is no excuse. Looks like you didnt do your homework.

It doenst matter if you dont regret it, that just shows you have no shame. What it does show is you definitely dont know what you think you do about football.

Parsons will be a nice linebacker in a blitzing scheme or for playing a lot of zone, like a Tampa 2 defense. Parsons has the physical skill set to cover tight ends in man coverage. Thanks to his size and strength, tight ends can't push him around, and he has the speed to run with them down the seam.

So lets cut the act that scouts didnt know about his pass rushing abilities.
