Defense has been making baby steps. If Bland and DLAW were back we would probably have a serviceable D - middle of the pack at least.
Offense is very far away from being decent. Just don't have the talent at any position, much less good coordination and play calling.

Just because they are playing like crap doesn't mean they are not a good team. I'm pretty sure he's also looking at the talent, not the record. Injuries, coaching, and Jerry are among the things impacting the record, a lot of which he and his players can't control. Look at the Bengals, 49ers Dolphins ..........you don't think they are good teams?

Coaching, execution, and playing together as a team has just been horrendous this year. However, with the right coaching staff and if the front office invested in the trenches, and in the running game they can get back on track quickly.
