At this point I'm of the opinion that we absolutely definitely need to retain D-Law and Irving...and right behind them is Hitchens.

D-Law and Irving just play so well together it'd be crazy to split that up.

We need to keep the good players, add a player who can play MIKE/WIL at a relatively high level, add DL depth (1tech), and somewhere find a true impact player at Safety.

Offensively, we need a swing OT3, and I'd splurge for a speed WR somewhere in the middle rounds.

That's, what, 5-6 good players, plus keeping Hitchens, Irving, and Lawrence. 3-4 of those guys could be found in VFA, then you need to hit on your draft picks. Tall order, but it's not impossible. Maybe we get a spiff in terms of Taco or Tapper or Jaylon developing, but can't count on that. Those guys are depth players at best right now.
