Jets at one time thought of a lot this player but the emergence of Breece Hall had him buried . Might be an interesting pick up if nothing else after Pollard & Dowdle the RB room is looking thin .

Hall has been terribly inconsistent this season. He has 5 games with under 40 yards rushing. Dalvin Cook has been a complete non-factor. If Carter isn't getting more playing time, it is probably because he just isn't good enough. He is only a tad bit larger than Deuce Vaughn.

Good points . The Jets have given Carter next to zero touches . Dalvin Cook has complained loudly about his PT Jets should have cut him kept the younger back .

Interesting cut from the perspective of Cook only being there for this year, so they'll be without 2 playable RBs in the offseason. I guess Abanikanda has made an impression to make them comfortable moving on from Carter.

Carter won't make it thru waivers, so I wonder who snatches him up.
