micahael, cowboys have talent, now, but somebody has to bring it all together as a football organization to a football family wiht one heartbeat, and bring them through valleys,
who does that, i need to spend time in lockerroom to see if a guy or 2 can do that, like if a guy can give a verbal lashing, they know you care, but not in a tough situation;
example, if you never have talked to a guy that is making 300,000 but your making millions, so if you talk to him in his hometown, etc, then guy will listen to you,
you have to earn that and show them you care, not just words

i grew up with 16 siblings, so you learn how to survive,
lets talk about T O, you have to be selfish, i want you to tell them i am the number one, but if 2 or 3 guys are on me, you run with person open till i get open,
romo rreally is a young guy, only really played 2 years, he has to spend more time with the guys and let them know, show them im one of you;
like tom brady was one of the guys; like peyton manning
locker room turmoil;
we did have fighting, disagreements, but when leaking outside, they become a distraction, and speaks to lack of closeness on the football team,
like right after practice, we settled issue before it hit practice field next day way we did it
has to be not just jeryr jones, that team must come together, and not let anything come between us
no no, i never would run over my head coach, even though i didnt agree with gailey, i would assert myself more in locker room
