Michael Irvin says OBJ interested in joining Cowboys

I can't stand him. It would be like another T.O. in Dallas.

Well to be fair, TO was the the player I hated the most in the NFL on the Team that I hated the most in the NFL before he came to the Cowboys. I learned to move past that, but then he ended up being a locker room cancer again, and I didn't miss him when he left. I'm mostly just don't like OBJ, no hate. That doesn't mean I want that potential locker room cancer here though.

Stephen Jones shouldn't be afraid to have conversations with a player. be a man and say hey this is what i'm worried about and see if he can be a fit, maybe short term whatever. It's ok to walk from the table without a deal if things aren't right. it's worse to not try.

He’s interested in the highest bidder

And therein lies the problem.

If the Cowboys are smart, they wait until after the Bears game. Until the very last minute.

That's when his price will drop. Because, as of now, no deals, likely because he wants too much.

If he's healthy and for a reasonable amount bring him in. If anything he would command attention from the defense and open things up for TEs and Lamb

Do you know the way
To San Jose?
I've been away so long
I may go wrong...

The Cowboys current WR depth:

1. Cee Dee Lamb
2. Michael Gallup
3. Noah Brown
4, Jalen Tolbert
5. KaVontae Turpin
6. James Washington

So... over half way through the season, who would you replace with OBJ?

If he was picked up and could learn the scheme quick. I could see him in the Z slot out wide with Lamb playing a slot position and Gallup lined up tight on the line as a motion receiver.

"FRISCO - The Dallas Cowboys seem to have sold themselves on the idea that by the time their offensive weapons are fully healthy, there is no desperate need to trade for a receiver.

But how about a need to sign one … like one named Odell Beckham Jr. “?"

I dont know how I would feel about this considering he cant play until December. Definitely another option other than giving up draft capital.

If Michael wants him, that's good enough for me.

We can only wish he was another T.O. in Dallas. He's not even close.

Well we have 3 arena starters for the other 3 receiver positions and calling Lamb a 2 is a bit of a stretch.
