On Numbers Never Lie. Just thought it was interesting. And earlier today on ESPN First Take, Skip Bayless, Cowboys homer, said he would've cut ties with Romo after he choked away the season finale last year against the Skins.

The potential is there.

Can Jason prepare these guys for the challenge? Can Romo's offense produce? Can the OL hold up under playoff heat? Can the DL not be beast mode into playoff oblivion?

He did pick Cowboys to win division and playoff game before the start of the 2009 season.

What would bald head Barnwell write then?

Talk about the kiss of death. Hate to hear this.

And Bayless, still waiting for #8 to get his hands on him...

LOL, the same Skip Bayless who was Tebow's biggest fan and still thinks Josh Freeman can be a stud. Skippy is just about the worst judge of QB talent there is.

Bayless says stuff to stir the pot. I have been critical of Romo's mistakes, but one has to take leave of one's senses to get rid of Romo.
As Bill Parcells once said - and I paraphrase - good quarterbacks don't just grow on trees.
Now the Super Bowl, eh! I wouldn't go that far.

Meh, it's just another opinion of many, both positive and negative, not worth grain of salt

Eric Mangini said the Cowboys would win the Super Bowl last year. They missed the playoffs. Predictions from ESPN pundits mean less than zero.

Mike Smith picking the Cowboys. yikes.
I wonder how long those odds are in Vegas?

I assume between maybe 10-14 teams have a higher proabability.

Love to see those odds beaten though!

How about they soemehow pull off a win in Detroit first?
lol

I've been saying this since before the season started. This last game against the Eagles reinforced that belief. The way the team is flying around the football field is very encouraging and something we haven't seen in a long time. This team is different than teams in the past. Garretts coaching is starting to yield results. Things are beginning to come together. If they lay an egg on Sunday, I'll be very surprised.

I live here in Vegas. Don't bet much, but I put $5 down for us to win the Super Bowl, when we win, it pays out $95! :) Put $5 to win the NFC Championship and it pays out $50. Did this before season starts.

You never know man. If we get Seattle in the first round and play well.. mixed in with getting a few balls bouncing our way, that could really set the tone for the rest of the playoffs. I agree our odds are slim but we have both seen teams get hot at the right time.

Honestly I don't even think about the Super Bowl. I just want to see this team play hard and improve week to week. When or if we make post season then I will think of our chances at a SB.

I think we can win against any NFC team other than the seahawks... and maybe the saints. We'll be in the playoffs. And we will surprise people. Take that to the bank.
