THE SKINNYThe City of Brotherly Love hasn't been the most hospitable place to the Cowboys in the NFL. Just ask Michael Irving, when the Eagles fans cheered in 1999 while he lay motionless on the field, suffering what turned out to be a career-ending neck injury. The series between the two teams has been dominated by streaks. The Cowboys have winning streaks of 11 games (1967-72), nine (1974-78) and seven (1992-95). The Eagles have an eight-game winning streak (1987-91) and took nine of 10 from Dallas between 2000 and 2004. Last season the two teams split the series, each winning on the road.
