I think Jeanty is going to fall further than you think.

He's good but he's not the athletic profile that a Bijon or Gibbs were IMO.
but he is this years darling so some GM will reach

How is the DT from Kentucky….Walker I think….playing and where is he projected to go at this point?

I don’t watch much college ball anymore.
I love this kid. He is huge and a very good athlete. If he played at Bama, he would be projected top 5 pick.

As it stands, I am guessing pick 15 to 30.

Some think he will fall to Dallas.

Jeanty's 40 will count for a lot. It always does, but especially so when you are trying to justify a top-ten pick.

Anything in the 4.4s solidifies an early pick for him. For comparison, Bijan ran a 4.48 at Jeanty's same weight. Marshawn Lynch is always my comp for Jeanty, and he ran a 4.46.

If Jeanty runs anything in the 4.5s, he's dropping. That's not NFL breakaway speed, and breaking off cartoonish long TDs is the foundation of his draft value. Without that big-play threat, he's just another power back.

Walter Scouting has LV taking Milroe with the 3rd pick round one . Wow that seems high . Over a Beck at Georgia .
Walter was a good site when there werent other sources. Their Mocks and Rankings have been pretty bad in comparison once the draft become more mainstream on tje internet

Until you can put a defense on the field that gets three and outs and turnovers consistently this will always be a team that teases .

The way Dallas has invested in the Offense with linemen receivers tight ends the FO needs to strengthen the D in the trenches LB & safety.

A RB can be found to pair with Dowdle round three or four. Aaron Jones on a 2 yr deal last off-season was the way to go .
Dowdle is a free agent in the offseason

Jeanty has not played a tough schedule against top defenses- I think they played Oregon early on and that was it
and their D is good but not great
the more I look at him I agree he is the top back this year but a generational talent? I don;t think so

Mentioned in another post - it will be interesting to see what Graham’s measures at the combine. He doesn’t seem 6-3 320. Don’t get me wrong his play is awesome and I might be thinking of a way he might drop into the low teens.
Yes, I could see him checking in at a lower weight and maybe 6'2-1/2".

Regardless of weight, some DTs just seemed like the strongest guy on the field in their prime:

NFL Listings:
Cameron Heyward: 6-5, 295
Donkey Kong Suh: 6-4, 310

Yeah Carter (Parsons jr) is my favorite player in the draft but he will be a top 5 pick. I am gonna take a look at the Georgia kids and the other pass rushers because they actually were rated ahead of Carter before the season started. You never know you might uncover another Parsons type in the middle of the first .
Agreed Carter is a monster. You can pencil him in as DROY right now

Not liking a player bc of their school
is so ignorant. Those dudes are studs!

Also - don’t give up on Mazi…he’s getting better every game and some DTs take a while. Fingers crossed.
Right? It's so stupid when someone bellers that you shouldn't take Michigan DT's. Newsflash: They don't get them from a factory where they're all made the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Both Mich DTs are dudes. Graham would be a great pick and Grant is a 1st rounder but around 15 might be a little rich for me.
