Michigan / Ohio St. Predictions (Potential Draft Picks also)

Ohio State looked really good today, actually more dominating than Michigan. With respect to players who might look good with a star on their helmet, Gonzalez has had a strong year, Troy Smith might make a great receiver, Ted Ginn is going to make a lot of special teams coaches drool, not to mention some WR coaches

Ohio State runs the score up, Michigan pounds the ball and uses up clock when the game is decided.

Are you familiar with Jim Tressel?

Yes, and it seems he is familiar with scoring TD after TD when up by 30.

If Michigan wanted to win by 45, they could.

Those were the back-ups if our backups can score at will on another team then i guess that just shows how dominate this team is.

Really what are we supposed to do take a knee every play.

actually it was the back-ups ,back-ups, can you say 3rd and 4th string that was in the 4th qtr. Henne was playin in the 4th qtr. nough said Go Bucks!!!

Check out the 1st post. I mentioned him in it. I would would loooove him with a star on his hat. (woodley)

Whats with this OSU looked more dominant? Michigan defense gave up less than 150 total yards. OSU gave up 300 to a horrible Northwestern offense. Look at the stats again whoever thinks this. Another note, 1 minute left in both 1st halfs MU runs the ball once and lets the clock go. OSU throws a 50 yard pass. Point is MU could have scored 40, 50 points but we wear you out. hart eats up the clock, then we shove the ball in the endzone. Our defense does nothing but TFL.

I understand you guys are optimistic being a fan of your team as I am.. but please dont overlook EVERYTHING but the score. You put up alot of points against an awful defense and also gave up 300 yards to an awful offense.

Running the ball and defense wins championships. I see MU winning 24-17.

EDIT:

Indiana was ranked 50th in nation in offense (yards/game)
Northwestern was ranked 105th in nation in offense (yards/game)

Michigan gave up 131 yards today.
Ohio St. gave up 297 yards today.

What do you guys think? Best football game of the year (minus a Cowboy Superbowl)? I gotta pull for my team Michigan.

Also... anyone out there on the field saturday that you would like to see have a star on his helmet 1 day?

I wouldnt mind any of the following:

OT Long (MU)
CB Hall (MU)
WR Ginn (OH)

Other notable would be LB Harris (MU) - Might not need him though.

EDIT: Forgot to mention DE Woodley (MU) and DT Branch (MU).

PS. Any Ohio State fans tell us what players to look for in the future. I know you got that LB who's name sounds like a disease.

So is Marquette or Missouri playing OSU? Michigan goes by UM.
OSU all the way.

Well if you can only comment on um or mu I feel sorry. What about all those yards they gave up? And the yards !UM! didnt gave up?

Both of the DTs for OSU are pretty stud like. Not sure if either has the bulk to play a 3-4 NT but they are good.

Go bucks!

3rd and 4th string?? Ha! That's a good one. And no one ever said anything about Henne not playing in the 4th Qtr. He was in there, but Michigan was hardly running "balls-out" offense. Run-control offense.

Todd Boeckman who scored Ohio St's last TD is the 3rd string QB.
