Once JG gets fired, I wouldn't mind him taking a job in the personnel dept. He's a smart guy, he could help bring in talent for someone else to coach up and utilize effectively. He's just not the best choice of captains for this ship. His blunders in game mgmt are well documented. His playbook and play calling are also suspect, at best. All that said, he doesn't have much talent on this roster to work with. Making the playoffs would be a minor miracle. I think the coaching staff is good enough as a whole to make up for SOME Garrett defeciencies(callahan's zone blocking scheme helped), and JG's job duties seem to be shrinking every year. I do believe in continuity, but through three seasons it is clear that JG is not the best man for the job. But I would hate to blow up the entire coaching staff because of it. It is a tricky situation, but beneficial in the long run IMO.
