Mickey: Hodge doesn't have a 15 year knee

Listening to Talking Cowboys and Mickey just said he was told Hodge's knee issues WILL shorten his career, which leads me to believe it's something he may deal with for however long his career is.

I don't really have any judgment to pass with this info, but thought I'd share for those that don't listen and are fans of Hodge seeing as how it's almost time for big cuts.

"Shorten his career" can mean a lot of things. It doesn't necessarily mean that he will continuosly have negativ effects so he isn't able to perform at 100%.

I for one am somewhat reassured. "Short" career is very different from "no" career.

I hope he is 8-10 year stud for the Cowboys. 15 years is a heckuva long time anyway.

I thought that i'd read where he had never had missed a game due to injury (till now).Ofcoarse I could be mistaken though,it's been known to happen.Maybe they're just throwing that out there to try and get him to clear waivers if they cut him.

I don't know where this came from but it sounds dubious to me. It's very hard to predict things like that. But I don't know what his knee scope looked like.
