Hes always been worthless and overpaid. He simply says good things and keeps his lips from chapping
and stays in their back pockets. When he talks on TV I change channels or stop listening.

I don't agree with how he's usually characterized here. He's definitely pro-team and anti-whiney-fans, but he's got plenty of things he doesn't like about how things are run. Whenever one of them comes up, I'm surprised at how many think it's an exception to the rule for some reason.

But his writing style is really annoying. Not a fan of the folksy way he likes to make his points, and not a fan of constantly asking questions and then answering them. Even the language he uses makes me cringe sometimes. A little bit of that is ok, but then a little goes a long way and a lot is way too much.

I don't think he's a jerk as much as he is Italian. He just likes to holler and argue a lot.

You must mean Mickey “Jones” Spagnola, the adopted son of his boss, Jerry Jones. If the Cowboys went 0-16, Mickey Jones would say in a column, “we were really close to winning every game”, then preach “patience”.

He lost all credibility about 8-10 years ago.

Mickey wears about six pairs of rose colored glasses when looking at the Cowboys, he's the Cowboys' public defender, always "it's not as bad as it seems" , "Jason is really a good coach, he's just had some bad breaks" , or "Jerry isn't hurting the Cowboys, just look at all the great players he's drafted".

Found a photo of him standing next to Jerry, now Jerry was 6 ft in college, at age 75 I suspect he's lost an inch of height, so he's probably 5-11 now. The top of Mickey's head is about an inch above Jerry's eyebrows, so I suspect Spags is about 5-7...

He’s better than some of Jerrys Bozo’s. Dennis on Silver Star is so far up Jerry’s butt it’s disgusting.
