I'm ok with Rolle, but Marcus Spears? He's really suited to either LDE, DE in a 3-4, or DT. He's not really producing this year (only 3 sacks) and at 298lbs right now he's bigger than both Glover and Carson which isn't exactly a good thing.

Yeah I like the Rolle pick, but Spears isn't they explosive pass rusher we need. He's a Greg Ellis clone IMO.


I haven't been watching as much College ball this year as I'd like to, but Rolle and a huge DT would be nice. Don't know what DTs are worth a mid first rounder though.

Then again, with Zimmy as our DCoord, do we really want to waste early picks on defensive players and end up ruining their careers? If we keep Zimmy, I'd rather go offense on both our first rounders next year. A WR and an OL, or a WR and a RB (if a REALLY good RB is available) would be nice.
