...but never blame Dak as AC and fellow Dakfantaics will come to his rescue and place blame and lay excuses on everyone and everything but their hero Dak....and heaven forbid anyone criticizes Dak as they will be labeled a hater, troll, and their military service and intelligence questioned because the Dakfanatics are heavily invested emotionally on their man hero.
I think the saying is "If you can find someone who loves you the way America's Cowboy loves Dak - marry her" right?

Development? In your 7th season, you're either developed or you're not!
Do you know when Steve Young took off? In his 8th season at age 31. Rich Gannon didn’t blow up until his 12th season when he was 34 and Jon Gruden had him running his WCO. Geno Smith had his only season of excellence in year 9 at age 32. The irony of those 3 is that they all were running WCO principles when their careers took off.

So that means that Dak will do it? Just because someone jumps off a bridge and survives means anybody can jump off that same bridge and survive? Nice logic, bone daddy.
Now that you mention I wish Dak would try jumping off a bridge!

Its like a sickness, Picture this: They walk in a room and in the middle is an elephant. In the corner is a pile of dust. They notice the pile of dust.

What it means is that NO ONE KNOWS what he’ll do…even all of those that swear he’s the worst QB EVER. I’ve always given him his due when he’s succeeded and slammed him when he sucks. The problem on this forum is that quite a few seem to believe that he can’t have BOTH good and bad moments. Those 2 things can both coexist. He was EXCELLENT against TB and REALLY BAD against SF. Period…

I totally agree with you. My main concern is that JJ is going to go the Garrett time line with Dak...and after all these years...hey? The problem like you pointed out, Dak is excellent (scream it out) and really bad againt not just SF, but his whole gig, and the Cowboys don't need some up and down, they need consistency, and Dak is not consistence.

Nah.
Chances are he'll be the same Dak at this point, no matter what you do for him....
Sometimes good sometime awful.....
.
I do think someone should introduce Dak to some timing passes and do more back shoulder passes.... Seems he's uncomfortable doing those.....you rarely see him do it, and he never attempts the former.

It’s looking like Mike won’t get his wish and it will be status quo next season :banghead:

Oh, hell no! You could not get rid of her if you wanted to...she would stalk you for the rest of your life.

Obsession...!

Maybe the current offense is what Dak asked for. The simple, somewhat predictable scheme.
.
You'd think by now, they would have installed an offense that your $160,000,000.00 super star QB wants.
I haven't heard Dak complain about the cowboys' offensive scheme.

Great article! Just read it. It's frustrating to see how Jerry has placed the badly inexperienced Kellen Moore and his O-Coordinator learning curve as precedent, instead of allowing the 10+ years of SB proven Mike McCarthy's offense to be implemented.

If anyone deserves any blame for what we're experiencing with the results, today, it's Jerry Jones for favoring the inexperienced Kellen Moore over Mike McCarthy.
Totally agree, when you hire a HC like MM, he needs to run our offense, not an inexperience guy who has never done it before.
