I thought Wade was a figurehead, but Caldwell is the definition of one. In light of his horrible call for a TO last night, I decided to examine his role on the Colts and Indianapolis is just carrying on the status quo since Dungy left. Peyton basically coaches the offense, and the D hasn't changed a bit.

And I've said the same thing in the past. He is the definition of a puppet, and probably wouldn't have a job if Manning wasn't bailing him out all the time. He makes Wade look like a dictator.

I know I for one couldn't take the guy seriously if he was coaching me. Now Parcells, Jimmy, Belichick would scare the crap out of me.
