The Old Bears are all gone now.
RIP Iron Mike

[Cowfan75Lives]

A man's coach from back when it was a real man's sport. RIP

[JW82]

RIP Iron Mike.

[SlammedZero]

RIP to a damn legend!!!

Da' Bears!!!!

[ReverendFelcher]

Ferguson drop might have sent him over the edge.

[dmq]

After his playing and coaching career, I always enjoyed listening to him in the studio. A legend of the game. RIP.

[ICP]

Always liked Iron Mike

Rest in Power, Mike.

[SinceDayOne]

He and Buddy Ryan are in a cuss fight right now in the great beyond. Maybe even a physical fight. LOL

Ditka was unique. A hall of fame player and a very good coach. He was a real asset to the NFL and football in general.

[RS12]

RIP. Caught a TD pass from Staubach SB6.

[vlad]

RIP

[HungryLion]

One tough SOB. And funny too. I always enjoyed his commentary.

He was hilarious in the movie Kicking and Screaming.

RIP

If Landry had enough since to relize his era was ending. He could have retired at the end of 1983 season and cowboys would have had ditka for head coach.

[KB1122]

He played for the Cowboys nearly as long as he played for the Bears. And obviously he was an assistant for Tom Landry.

[Davidlee1973]

Damn, condolences to his family and Da Bears fans in Chicago

He was a cowboy too. In case you forgot

[JoJo]

He played for the Cowboys in a Super Bowl.

RIP. You were an iconic NFL personality, great player, great coach, and had a helluva steakhouse in Chicago I ate at many times.

He WON a Super Bowl with the Cowboys.

[Davidlee1973]

Former player and coach for Dallas as well

RIP Coach Ditka

Should have been head coach. Landry needed to retire when Roger retired. Cowboys may have won those three title games in a row with Danny white

[phildadon86]

Sad day for football.

Rest easy coach.

[Tabascocat]

The NFL wouldn’t be the same without his presence
