I would take Winters or Armstead at 47 and be very happy. Both are good players and both are position flexible.

Cyprien is a target too.

There are a ton of similar style DT's available.

Maybe Tank Carradine if you feel like taking a flyer due to having the extra pick in the 3rd.

I am thinking OL, S and DT today.

Armstead may be gone by 47, but I think we can wait till the 3rd for Winters. If the gamble doesn't pay off, there's a good chance Dallas Thomas will be available. With that said, I would look for defensive help in the 2nd (or BPA, like if someone like Hunter would fall to us). Guys I would target in the 2nd are Short, Hankins and Cyprien. I would also be interested in Amerson if the coaches feel he can transition to FS.

I think it may be time to give up on listening to what the media types think they hear.

One thing that is clear to me is that NFL teams use counterintelligence techniques like inserting correct information to set up a wrong read later.

That and the media narrative and melodramatic interpretation of everything is annoying.

Not really, plenty of guys that could help there. If there is a run on DBs, WRs and QBs like predicted, could be a great second round.
