Mike Glennon?

Let me start off by saying that i still support Romo to the fullest. Now, on to the grooming a new QB thing. Glennon has a rocket arm and is pretty accurate; very NFL ready. I'm all for drafting this guy at 18 and grooming him for 2 years and then giving him the keys to the franchise. Agree? Disagree?

Only if we have a solid idea on how to address our OL/DL and Safety needs or, have a trade worked out to move Romo. Other then that, I am not in favor of taking a QB with our 1st pick.

Besides, I am not sold on Glennon being worth a 1st round pick but I am on board with the idea of bringing in QBs to develop.

if so, i heard Mel Kiper talking about him on mike and mike last week saying that he might be the first QB taken in the draft, before all is said and done

Glennon sucks. Yes he has the size and the ARM strength. But he can't move and when he gets pressure he throws the ball into coverage.

Also he career completion percentage is under 60% meaning he isn't accurate at all.
Saw him vs Tennesseewhere he threw 4 ints,
Also in the bowl game vs Vandy he threw 3 INTs

So no thank you to Glennon. I woukd rather try and fox our current problems

Yes it is. Doubt he goes first even though I heard the same as you have.

He definitely does not suck. Trust me i'm a Tarheel fan and can't stomach state. Glennon is a good QB. Most have him as best QB in the draft!

Some saying he is the best doesn't mean anything but how bad this QB class is. Sorry man but he isn't mobile and with only completing under 60% of his passes and throwing a lot of pics, to me says he sucks.

Sorry but we have to disagree on this. We have a better QB in Romo and lets try and fix our holes. Last thing I want to do is pick a bad QB at 18 to sit and do nothing for two years while still having a bad OL and DL

Glennon might turn out to be a good QB for somebody but unless we change our offense, it won't be us. We have to have a QB who has some mobility. Glennon is not that guy.

I would rather look at a guy like Klein and develop him. He has more physical skills to work with and would work better in our offense plus, he might be a guy who gets drafted late in the draft or maybe even be an UFA.

No way, no how do we take this guys with the 18th pick. That would be a disaster. Solid player, yes, but has some real concerns in his game. Struggled against top competition and throws the ball into coverage too often. He'll throw a lot of INTs at the NFL level.

There isn't a chance in hell we take a QB with our first pick. Not a chance. And its point blank, an awful decision if they even entertained the idea.

Round 3 or 4? Yes...not 1.
